How to uninstall AirBuddy 2

AirBuddy registers a helper app with the system so that it can keep the status of your nearby devices updated and respond to keyboard shortcuts.

Temporarily disable AirBuddy

You can temporarily disable the app by following the steps below:

• Launch AirBuddy from Finder or by searching using Spotlight
• In the "General" tab, flip the big "Enable AirBuddy" switch to the off position

This will turn off all of AirBuddy's services and none of its features will work until you re-enable it.

Completely uninstall AirBudddy

If you wish to stop using and completely remove AirBuddy, follow the steps below:

• Follow the steps described in "Temporary disable AirBuddy" above
• Delete the AirBuddy app by moving it to the trash

Some settings or caches might still remain on your system after these steps. If you wish to remove those, use a cleaning app such as Clean My Mac.
