Which headsets are supported by AirBuddy?
AirBuddy supports all Apple and Beats headsets equipped with the W1, H1, or more recent wireless chip. Click here to learn more about support for other types of accessories.
Device support depends on the version of macOS and the version of AirBuddy youβre using. AirBuddy relies on the Bluetooth stack on macOS, so if a device with new features was released after the version of macOS that youβre running, you may experience some limitations.
The table below shows the matrix of supported devices based on macOS version. If a device is shown with a π₯ symbol for a given version of macOS, that doesnβt necessarily mean it wonβt work at all, it just means itβs not officially supported in that version of macOS, so some features of the device wonβt work as expected.
